COVID-19 and Together For Humanity

We acknowledge that schools, teachers, students and families are all facing challenging times over the next few months. Together for Humanity is still operating and is able to support schools, teachers and students in the following ways:

Our Intercultural Understanding Partnership (ICUP) $15,000 grant deadline has been extended until Friday May 22. We strongly urge schools to apply for these grants to address an intercultural challenge in their community. It’s quick and easy to apply – simply complete a one-page form. Submitting the Expression of Interest form, initial consultation with a TFH facilitator and the Stage 1 Planning phase for schools whose applications are successful can still occur within the current educational environment. Click here to apply or for more information.

We also have a variety of online learning modules for students and teachers. These can be set as student lessons or as staff Professional Development. Click here for more information on our online learning programs.

All our school programs can be modified for remote learning. For example, we are currently working with several schools on remote wellbeing units for students, Stage 5 assessment tasks and online activities. If you would like to talk to one of our experienced educators about how we can support the learning needs of your students and teachers, please contact us at mark@togetherforhumanity.org.au
