Cohesion in Diversity is a free online course for teachers. It is practically oriented, being based on frequently asked questions by classroom teachers. It builds on the existing Difference Differently  course and utilises findings from a major research project – Doing Diversity.  Deakin University, headed this three-year project working with 12 diverse schools in Victoria and a number of partner organisations including Together for Humanity and the Department of Education and Training Victoria.

The Cohesion in Diversity course has a core module and three elective modules. The core module presents research to inform school-based initiatives around intercultural understanding. The three elective modules demonstrate good practice in differing school contexts.
