Online Diversity Resource

Teacher Professional development

Together for Humanity provides three ways to support teachers in facilitating diversity education with their students.

Face to face teacher professional development provides schools and educational authorities with the skills to enhance intercultural/interfaith understanding capabilities with students and their communities.  Our face to face professional learning is facilitated by our experienced  staff who come from a variety of faith and cultural backgrounds. Please contact us to ask about face to face teacher professional learning.

The difference differently website provides teachers with access to our online teacher professional development. This free online resource is funded by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). The modules are aligned to the Australian Curriculum, the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (AITSL) and are NESA registered as professional development in NSW.

The Difference Differently website also offers online teaching and learning resources for students in Years 3-10. These resources are linked to elements in the English, History, Geography and Civics and Citizenship syllabuses. The difference differently website uses videos, online forums, quizzes, and interactive learning activities to promote flexible learning.
